Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Cancellations made 14+ days before delivery: Full refund minus deposit (50%)
Health-related returns with vet documentation: Full refund including deposit
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method

A reservation deposit is required to reserve your puppy. If you decide not to move forward with the adoption before completing the transaction, your deposit is refundable according to our policy.
